Your home will be posted on the MLS same as if you were to use a traditional agent who is charging you the customary 6% commissions. Compare our services to a traditional agent and see for yourself.

You may sell your home on your own and pay no other fees, but we recommend that you offer some compensation to the buyer's agent. Real estate commission is negotiable can be as much as a flat dollar amount or a percentage of the sale price.

The commission amount is negotiable, recommended is 3% of the selling price, to be paid only if you accept an offer from a buyer with a real estate agent involved. This ensures that real estate professionals from other companies will show your home.


All leads from buyers and agents are forwarded to you

The yard sign will display your phone number, potential buyers can contact you directly. Wherever possible we will include your contact information directly with your property information with every online ad including on our site, check out our Featured Listings. However some websites will not permit seller's contact info to be displayed. We will refer all leads and inquiries about your listing exclusively to you.

You can cancel and re-list your property at any time. There is no refund once your property is listed in the Multiple Listing Service. If you wish to take your property off the market, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. You may renew your listing before the expiration date for only $295. If you renew your listing after the expiration date the listing fee will be full price at $495. There is no discount to renew the Basic $95 and Extended $295 packages.

We will take all the guess work out of the home selling process by putting you in contact with one of our qualified real estate agent who can help you effectively market and sell your home. Our full service commission fee is 6% of the total selling price of your property.
